The My Positions tab of the system shows Active Positions, not Position Templates, which are stored in the Library tab.
Once you have created a new Position Template, you must assign it to your area within the company to make it available in the My Positions tab.
To do this Navigate to the Library tab. Select a Template in the library and select Take Action > Assign to open the Assign Lightbox.
Scroll through your company structure and select your area.
The active position will be available in the My Positions tab for you to post.
