Once you have developed a Template, the next step is to assign it to a Location/Department within your company so you can post it.
You can do this by going to Admin > Organization.
Within the Organization secondary navigation tab, you can use the + Button () to create new Locations/Departments or to add a Template to a given Location/Department.
Select the Template you wish to add as a position.
Once a Template has been assigned to a Location/Department it is now a Position instead of a Template. Therefore, any changes you make the Template will not affect the Position since it has already been deployed to a Location/Department.
