Within the Applicant File, you can review and process a candidate who has applied for a position, which includes reviewing his or her evaluation scores (Hard/Soft Skills, Virtual Interview, etc.), reviewing his or her resume and references, scheduling interviews, and hiring or rejecting a candidate.
An Applicant File can be reviewed in ANY order. There is no "right way" to process an applicant, as you will need to adjust your order of actions based on the information you learn about the candidate, or as they go through your hiring process. Although information in navigation panels is locked, you may freely click/move between them as needed.
Note: The information that is available in the Applicant File is directly related to the elements you included in your job posting. For example, if you did not include the Virtual Interview when you created and posted your position, it will not be included in the Applicant File.
