An Applicant File is created when someone applies to one of your Posted positions. You will work within the Applicant File to review and process each applicant. All applicants remain tied-to and associated with the position to which they've applied, so you can easily compare applicant files and/or scores within the same job posting. To access an Applicant File:
- Within the My Positions tab, click the position title you wish to review received applicants.
- The Position Detail page shows you information on how many people have applied or been rejected/withdrawn. In the Applicant Queue, you can see the status and scores for each applicant for the various queries you included in your application (Hard Skills, Soft Skills, etc.).
- Click an applicant in the queue to open the Applicant File for that candidate.
Note: The Talent Tab differs from the My Positions tab in that Talent showcases ALL applicants, regardless of the position to which they've applied. Applicant Files may, therefore, be accessed in Talent but can be for different positions entirely.
