The Interview Calendar is a powerful tool that helps you review and manage all your interview activity in one central location. You can access the Interview Calendar at any time by clicking the calendar icon directly below your name at the top of your hiring center.
Within the calendar, you can quickly see an overview of all interview activity for your assigned positions, including Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Withdrawn or Declined interviews. From the calendar, you can drill-down into the applicant’s file to review more detailed information.
The interview scheduling tool is designed to prevent you from overbooking yourself by operating on a first-come-first-serve basis. That means you can offer the same list of interview Time Slots to multiple candidates and as each candidate confirms their slot, it will no longer be available for another candidate to select.
Once an interview request has been sent, you cannot retract it from within the system. To change an interview request, we recommend one of the following actions:
1. Notify the applicant via phone call that the previous interview request is no longer valid, then send a new interview request, if needed.
2. Notify the applicant via system messaging that the previous interview request is no longer valid, then send a new interview request, if needed.
3. Send a new interview request directly to the applicant and modify the pre-written interview request message to include a note that the previous interview request is no longer valid.
