An Applicant File is created when someone applies to one of your Posted positions. You will work within the Applicant File to review and process applicants. All applicants who have applied to a specific position will be saved with that position, so you can easily compare their files and/or scores. To access an Applicant File:
- Within the My Positions tab, click the position you want to view.
- The Position Detail page shows you information on how many people have applied or been rejected/withdrawn. In the Applicant Queue, you can see the status and scores for each applicant for the various queries you included in your application (Hard Skills, Soft Skills, etc.).
- Click an applicant in the queue to open the Applicant File for that candidate.
