Within the Applicant File, you can add notes for almost every area, such as Hard Skills/Soft Skills, Virtual Interview, References, and Interview requests. You can also review notes added by other users of your hiring system. Notes made within an Applicant File are NOT visible to the applicant - they are only visible to users permitted to view the applicant's information.
- Within any area of the Applicant File, click “Notes” at the top. If there are any notes already saved with the Applicant File, the number next to “Notes” shows you how many new notes have been added.
- Any existing notes display at the top of the list in descending order. The name of the person who added the note and the date/time on which it was added is included. The content of the note displays below.
- To add a note, type your note in the space provided. You can use the formatting tools available at the top (Bold, Italic, Underline, Numbered List, Bulleted List) and the Spell Check tool.
- Click “Add Note” to save it with the Applicant File.
