The Picklists area of the library includes pre-populated information for various list boxes within the system. If you have access to this area, you can edit the content as needed.
To add or edit a picklist, begin by navigating to the Library tab > Picklists
Select the Picklist source on the left navigation.
The Picklists section is broken down into 4 key areas:
- Disposition Code (reasons for Rejecting applicants when taking "Reject" Action)
- Job Advertising Sources (job board and recruitment channels for tracking)
- Scoring (manual scoring methods used for Overall Score and Custom Elements)
- Stars (define Start Color Labels for additional clarity during applicant processing)
Add New Picklist Item
To add a new picklist item, select the new +New button
In the lightbox, you can add your new picklist item.
Edit a Picklist Item
To edit a picklist item, click the checkbox next to the item you wish to edit, then click Take Action. Select Edit and update the text in the lightbox.
Note: Each Picklist section comes pre-populated with a variety of default options which may be modified at any time by authorized Users.
