To post an internal position, go to the My Positions tab, select check the box next to the un-posted position that you wish to post. From the Take Action menu, select Edit.
On the first step of editing the position template, select "Yes" for Internal Position:
When you post an internal job, our system will not feed it to the online job boards. Also, when a current employee applies, they will be required to provide their employee ID number in the application.
Once posted, there are two ways for your employees to find the application:
- It will be posted on the Careers Page of your hiring site.
- You can give them the specific URL for the position. Each position you post on the system comes with its own unique URL. To find the URL you can simply click on the position as if you were an applicant and copy the address from your web browser.
